ZHU Shengliang's Experience in Treating Gastroesophageal Reflux Cough Based on"Dredging,Resolving,Diffusing and Balancing"Theory from Perspective of"Turbid Yin"
摘要
Abstract
This paper introduced ZHU Shengliang's clinical experience in treating gastroesophageal reflux cough based on the theory of"dredging,resolving,diffusing and balancing".It is concluded that gastroesophageal reflux cough is based on the stom-ach,involving lung,closely related to spleen,liver,gallbladder and kidney.It takes stomach Qi upturn as the basic pathogenesis,the imbalance of Qi movement as the central link,and"turbid Yin"as the material basis of the disease.In terms of treatment,the method of"descending stomach Qi"should be used throughout,and the priority should be to dredge,resolve,diffuse and balance"turbid Yin",and adjust the rise and fall,smooth Qi.In response to the problems of"unhealthy middle earth,loss of turbid Yin","liver and gallbladder deficiency,stagnation of turbid Yin"and"kidney failure to open and close,with turbid Yin rising and rus-hing",the treatment is classified according to the methods of"pleasing spleen and stomach,promoting the reduction of turbid Yin","soothing liver and bile,promoting transformation of turbid Yin"and"absorbing the opening and closing of the kidney,cal-ming and lowering turbid Yin",achieving the goal of"balancing".关键词
