摘要
Abstract
Liver disease in pregnancy is a critical high-risk perina-tal complication, comprising pregnancy-specific liver disorders and pre-existing liver diseases complicated by gestation. Its disease spectrum spans from physiological hepatic adaptive changes to acute life-threatening con-ditions jeopardizing maternal and fetal safety, with a global incidence of approximately 3%.Clinical manifestations often overlap with normal pregnancy-related physiological responses, posing substantial challenges to early identification and standardized management. The traditional single-disease symptomatic model is hampered by delayed intervention, inadequate risk stratification, and fragmented multidisciplinary collabora-tion,frequently leading to overtreatment of mild cases and delayed man-agement of severe cases. This study aims to establish a three-tiered hierar-chical management system centered on"preventability, disease controlla-bility,and maternal-fetal risk stratification".We systematically summa-rize the disease classification, hierarchical criteria, core diagnostic-therapeutic points, and full-cycle risk management strategies.Incorporat-ing medical ethics and humanistic care,we clarify obstetricians'role posi-tioning and decision-making boundaries, aiming to provide a standard-ized,feasible,and promotable management protocol to reduce adverse maternal-fetal outcomes and balance maternal safety with fetal prognosis.关键词
