摘要
Abstract
Cervical adenocarcinoma,a clinically significant subtype of cervical cancer,has drawn growing research attention because of its distinct molecular genetic landscape and heterogeneous clinical presentations.From an etiological perspective,it falls into two main subtypes:human papillomavirus(HPV)-associated and HPV-independent adenocarcinomas.These two subtypes differ markedly in their mutational profiles and underlying molecular mechanisms,which in turn influences diagnostic approaches and thera-peutic outcomes.Recent advances in molecular pathology and genomics have improved our understanding of the genetic basis of cervi-cal adenocarcinoma,providing a foundation for precision diagnostics and personalized treatment.This review systematically summa-rizes the molecular genetic characteristics of cervical adenocarcinoma.Informed by the latest developments in diagnostic standards and classification systems,this review explores the strengths and limitations of conventional surgery,chemoradiotherapy,as well as molecular targeted and immunotherapeutic strategies.Furthermore,it discusses emerging therapeutic trends based on molecular targets and immune modulation,providing a reference for clinical practice and contributing to the improvement of diagnosis and treatment of cervical adenocarcinoma.关键词
