摘要
Abstract
Objective To conduct a scoping review on the content, outcome indicators, and effects of virtual reality(VR)in disaster nursing training, and to provide references for the in-depth development and application of VR in disaster training. Methods Stud-ies were retrieved from CNKI,CBM,Chinese Medical Journal Full-Text Database,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,PubMed,Em-base,CINAHL,JBI,Wanfang Data, and VIP Database, with a retrieval period spanning from the inception of these databases to Septem-ber 20,2025.Based on the methodological framework of the JBI Scoping Review Manual from the Australian JBI Centre for Evidence-Based Healthcare, two researchers independently screened, summarized, and analyzed the retrieved literature, extracting key informa-tion such as intervention techniques, study population, and intervention duration. Results Eighteen studies were included, with the interventions primarily consisting of immersive virtual disaster training. The training content included disaster-related knowledge, triage at disaster sites, decontamination and purification skills, and special disaster knowledge and skills training. The outcome indica-tors mainly included five aspects of theoretical performance, skill performance score, training experience,self-efficacy,and confi-dence.Conclusion VR offers rich content in disaster nursing training and has a positive impact on improving knowledge, practical skills, and self-efficacy.However,certain limitations exist, and future efforts should consider applying VR to specific disaster nursing training.关键词
