养老护理员长期照护能力评估量表的编制及信效度检验
Development of Long-term Care Competency Assessment Scale for Nursing Home Staff and its reliability and validity

Abstract
Objective To develop a scale for assessing the long-term care competency of nursing home staff.Methods Item pools for the scale were constructed through multiple methods,including concept analysis,literature review,qualitative interviews,and ex-pert consultations.Subsequently,a pilot survey was conducted to further optimize and refine the scale,culminating in a revised version.On this basis,a questionnaire survey was carried out from July to November 2024 among 455 workers in nursing home from Anhui and Henan Province to test its reliability and validity.Results The developed scale consisted of four dimensions of emotional support ca-pability,daily living assistance capability,medical care capability,and social connection facilitation capability,encompassing 27 items in total.The overall Cronbach's α coefficient for the scale was 0.939,with Cronbach's α coefficients for each dimension ranging from 0.878 to 0.920.The split-half reliability for the total scale was 0.866.The scale of content validity index(S-CVI)at scale level was 0.992,and the item of content validity index(I-CVI)at item level ranged from 0.916 to 1.000.Exploratory factor analysis extracted four common factors,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 65.348%.Confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the model fit was ideal.Conclusion The Long-Term Care Competency Assessment Scale for Nursing Home Staff developed in this study demon-strates good reliability and validity,and can serve as an effective tool for evaluating the long-term care competency of nursing home staff in China.关键词
