医教协同背景下"4I"护理硕士研究生培养模式创新与实践
Innovation and practice of"4I"training model for nursing postgraduates under the background of medical-education collaboration

Abstract
Objective To explore the innovation and practical outcomes of the"4I"training model for nursing postgraduates under the background of medical-education collaboration.Methods Centered on four dimensions(professional identity,interdisciplinary competence,innovative literacy,and clinical practice ability),a"4I"training model for nursing postgraduates was developed and imple-mented through curriculum reform,faculty integration,platform development,and practical training.Results Since its implementa-tion in 2021,nursing postgraduates have published 210 papers,including 181 SCI-indexed or core journal papers.There were 414 attendances at domestic and international academic exchanges,and 21 national patents were granted.The rate of high-quality employ-ment among graduates has reached 95%,while that of"excellent"ratings from practice units 96%.The program's achievements have been awarded the Second Prize of Hunan Provincial Graduate Teaching Achievement Award.Conclusion The"4I"training model helps enhance nursing postgraduates'professional identity,interdisciplinary competence,innovative literacy,and clinical practice abili-ty,and can serve as a reference for the training reforming for candidates for Master of Nursing Specialist.关键词
