2000-2026年中国麻醉护理人才培养研究文献可视化热点分析
Cultivation of anesthesia nursing talents in China from 2000 to 2026:a visual analysis

Abstract
Objective To explore the current status and hotspots of the cultivation of anesthesia nursing talents in China,summarize practical experience,and provide theoretical evidence and references for optimizing training pathways.Methods Literature related to anesthesia nursing training,anesthetist nurses and anesthesia nursing talents was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and SinoMed from database inception to April 2026.CiteSpace V.6.2.R4 was used for visual analysis of the basic bibliometric characteristics and re-search hotspots of anesthesia nursing talent cultivation.Results A total of 311 studies were included.Publication output presented a fluctuating upward trend,with relevant policies acting as a key turning point.Core authors were sparsely distributed with a low coopera-tion network density of 0.0125,and collaborations were mostly restricted to geographical and institutional connections.Major research institutions were tertiary hospitals and nursing colleges,lacking cross-regional collaboration.Keyword co-occurrence analysis revealed that research focus included core competencies,nurse specialists,human resources,education,and curriculum design.identifying 11 major clusters(e.g.,"training models")and 22 strongest citation bursts(e.g.,"job competency").Conclusion The cultivation of anes-thesia nursing talents in China is currently undergoing rapid development.Future efforts should prioritize the implementation of strati-fied,stepwise training pathways to promote high-quality,standardized,and consistent development of the anesthesia nursing workforce.关键词
