Best evidence summary for the management of orthostatic hypotension based on the Behaviour Change Wheel
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate and integrate the best evidence for the management of orthostatic hypotension,to provide a refer-ence for clinicians and patients with orthostatic hypotension.Methods We systematically searched UpToDate,BMJ Best Practice,and other relevant databases for literature regarding orthostatic hypotension management,including guideline,expert consensus,sys-tematic review and clinical decision.The search period spanned from database inception to March 1,2026.Literature quality evalua-tion and evidence extraction were performed by 4 researchers.We adopted the Behaviour Change Wheel(BCW)as the theoretical framework to map evidence items to the capability-opportunity-motivation dimensions and classify them by intervention functions.Results Thirteen articles were included,including one guideline,four expert consensuses,one clinical decision-making and seven systematic reviews.A total of 22 pieces of best evidence were summarized from 10 aspects,and a BCW-based classification framework was developed.Conclusion The summarized best evidence for provide clinicians with an evidence-based basis for the scientific management of patients with orthostatic hypotension,and helps to reduce morbidity and improve patients'quality of life.关键词
