基于高质量发展的长三角城市群空间非均衡性研究
Study on Spatial Non-equilibrium of the Yangtze River Delta City Cluster Based on High-Quality Development
摘要
Abstract
With the increase of urbanization level and the expansion of the number and scale of cities,the pulling effect of city clusters on China's economic development has become more and more prominent,but at the same time,city clusters may also expand spatial non-equilibrium through the clustering of resources,unequal division of labor in the region,unequal investment in infrastructure,and tilted policies.Based on the high-quality development indicators,this paper applies the Dagum Gini coefficient method to study the spatial non-equilibrium characteristics of the high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2014-2023 and analyze the reasons for it.The study finds that:(1)from the perspective of time,the level of high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration generally shows a fluctuating upward trend;from the spatial perspective,the level of high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration generally shows a distribution pattern of"high in the southeast and low in the northwest,"showing more obvious spatial non-equilibrium.(2)Dividing the urban agglomerations in two scales,namely,provincial and metropolitan area,it is found that the construction of metropolitan area narrows down the spatial non-equilibrium of the urban agglomerations to a certain extent,breaks the obstacle of the administrative division on the synergistic development,and plays a role in promoting the coordinated and integrated development of the region.(3)The spatial non-equilibrium of the Yangtze River Delta city clusters is reflected in the differences in social welfare,urban development opportunities,institutional factors,cultural capital and social networks,which are attributed to multi-dimensional factors such as resource endowment,industrial structure,economic level,population mobility and regional synergy.(4)To eliminate the spatial imbalance of the Yangtze River Delta city cluster and promote its high-quality development,it is necessary to comprehensively integrate the dimensions of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,establish a differential pattern and differentiated development,promote integrated layout,and cultivate a modernized metropolitan area that breaks the administrative boundaries and builds a nested structure.关键词
