"城校共生"视角下成渝双城经济圈新工科人才协同培养研究
Research on the Collaborative Cultivation of Emerging Engineering Talents in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle from the Perspective of"City-University Symbiosis"
摘要
Abstract
As an important growth pole of the national high-quality development strategy in the western region,the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle should not merely focus on the optimal allocation of educational resources to promote the integration of higher education.Instead,it should rely on the concept of"symbiosis between cities and universities"to deeply integrate the collaborative cultivation of emerging engineering talents into the regional innovation ecosystem.Thus,it provides a continuous core driving force for the industrial upgrading and sustainable development of the economic circle.At present,although universities in Chengdu and Chongqing have made initial explorations in the field of discipline co-construction,through a systematic review and analysis of the practical difficulties in the collaborative cultivation of emerging engineering talents in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,it can be seen that there are still problems of lacking systematic design in the aspects of collaborative mechanism,professional construction,talent cultivation,resource sharing,and joint training of teachers in the cultivation of emerging engineering talents.It cannot exert the integrated aggregation effect.Therefore,it is necessary to rely on the urban resources and geographical advantages to promote the construction of a collaborative training mechanism,and through measures such as the construction of emerging engineering major clusters,the establishment of a collaborative training system,the integration of training resources,and the building of a teaching staff team,establish a collaborative cultivation path for emerging engineering talents that integrates disciplines,general and specialized fields,theory and practice,industry and education,and science and education across regions,universities,enterprises and governments,in order to enhance the quality of talent cultivation and promote the construction and development of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.关键词
