Abstract
The background of pollutant discharge rights reform in Ningxia is introduced,the current situation of the system construction of the pollutant discharge rights reform,trading base price determination,trading platform construction,actual transaction operation and pollution reduction gains in Ningxia are summarized,and the problems of pollutant discharge rights reform in Ningxia,in terms of market activity,discharge reduction potential and discharge right financial asset attributes,are deeply analyzed.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions such as improving the policy system,vigorously implementing discharge reduction projects and speeding up the construction of a comprehensive management platform are put forward aiming to provide a reference for further deepening and advancement of pollutant discharge rights reform in Ningxia.关键词
