Continue to Promote High-Quality Development of Green Agriculture in Ningxia
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,Ningxia has been vigorously promoting comprehensive green transformations in agricultural production methods,industrial structure,and ecological governance.The efficiency of resource utilization has been continuously improving,the industrial layout has been continuously optimized,the local environment has been continuously improved,and the supply capacity of green agricultural products has been steadily enhanced.Green agricultural development has achieved phased results.However,Ningxia′s green agricultural development still faces deep-seated problems such as strong resource constraints,low industrial levels,incomplete ecological governance,weak entity capabilities,and insufficient scientific and technological support.Based on the development stage of the"15th Five-Year Plan"and the positioning of building a pilot zone for ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin,Ningxia needs to optimize the overall agricultural development pattern,strengthen resource control,improve the governance system,strengthen human resources and scientific and technological support,and promote green agriculture to achieve coordinated leaps in quality,ecology,and economic benefits on the basis of scale growth.关键词
