聚乙烯与镉对土壤微生物数量和群落结构的影响
Effects of Polyethylene and cadmium on soil microbial abundance and community structure
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the effects of microplastics and heavy metals on soil microorganisms, using polyethylene(PE)and cadmium(Cd)as the subjects, experimental groups were set up with single and combined pollutants of PE(1%,5%,10%)and Cd(10 mg·kg-1).Plate counting, quantitative real-time PCR,and high-throughput sequencing techniques were employed to study their effects on soil microbial quantity and community structure. The results showed that:1%PE alone and its combination with 10 mg·kg-1 Cd initially inhibited and subsequently promoted soil bacterial growth, while 5%and 10%PE,both alone and combined with 10 mg·kg-1 Cd,inhibited bacterial growth.1%,5%,and 10%PE alone and their combination with 10 mg·kg-1 Cd shifted from inhibiting to promoting the growth of soil fungi and actinomycetes. The combined toxic effects of 1%,5%,and 10%PE with 10 mg·kg-1 Cd on bacterial growth transitioned from synergistic to antagonistic, while their effects on the growth of soil fungi and actinomycetes were primarily antagonistic.PE alone and its combination with Cd inhibited the growth of Proteobacteria and Gemmatimonadota, but promoted the growth of Crenarchaeota and Actinobacteriota. The combined analysis of the cluster heatmap at the comprehensive gate level and principal component analysis(PCA)results indicated that 5%,and 10%PE alone,as well as in combination with 10 mg·kg-1 Cd,significantly altered the microbial community structure.关键词
