碳关税冲击下跨边境供应链减排策略和协调机制
Emission Reduction Strategy and Coordinate Mechanism for Cross-border Supply Chain under Carbon Tariff Shock

Abstract
To investigate the impact mechanism of carbon tariffs on cross-border supply chains and the efficacy of coordination strategies,a cross-border supply chain model com-prising one single manufacturer and two retailers situated in distinct regions(high-and low-carbon-tax jurisdictions)was established within the context of retailer-led competi-tion.Based on Stackelberg game theory,a systematic analysis was conducted on how car-bon tariff influence the profit of supply chain members and the level of carbon emission re-duction.The regulatory role of emission reduction cost-sharing strategy was also studied.The results show that carbon tariff effectively promote carbon emission reduction.Retailer profit increase,whereas manufacturer profit decrease.When the cost-sharing ratio re-mains within a relatively low range,this strategy can mitigate the impact of tariff and strengthen emission reduction incentive.However,an excessively high cost-sharing ratio may reduce the willingness of retailers in low carbon tax region to participate.Further-more,this paper reveals an intrinsic relationship between the intensity of retailer competi-tion and the effectiveness of carbon emission reduction effort.关键词
