Study on the Secondary Metabolites of Marine-Derived Fungus Trichoderma virens
摘要
Abstract
This study focused on secondary metabolites from fungus of Trichoderma virens. The fun-gus was isolated from marine sediment in the Northwest Pacific Ocean, with a sampling depth of over 5 km.Multiple modern separation methods were adopted in this paper, and chemical components and pro-angiogenic activities of fungus were investigated systematically.Structural information of all com-pounds was determined by multiple spectroscopy technologies, including UV,NMR and MS.Further structural verification was completed through the comparison of published literature.A total of ten com-pounds were identified, including eight terpenoids and two alkaloids. All isolated compounds are listed as follows:rhinomilisin B(1),heptelidic acid chlorohydrin(2),(5aS,6R,9S,9aS)-9-hydroxy-6-iso-propyl-9-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3,5a,6,7,8,9,9a-octahydro-1-oxobenzoxepine-4-carboxylic acid(3),tri-chocadinin A(4),harzianone A(5),CAF-603(6),trichocarotin M(7),(3S,6R)-6-(para-hydroxy-benzyl)-1,4-dimethyl-3,6-bis(methylthio)piperazine-2,5-dione(8),didehydrobisdethiobis(methylthio)gliotoxin(9),ethyl hydroheptelidate(10).The pro-angiogenic activity was tested through a zebrafish model. At 25 μmol/L,compounds 1-7 and 9 obviously accelerated the growth of intersegmental ves-sels in zebrafish. This shows Trichoderma virens can synthesize a variety of secondary metabolites with pro-angiogenic activity.关键词
