Inclusive Digital-Intelligent Elderly Care:Operational Logic,Practical Challenges and Optimization Paths

Abstract
In the contemporary Chinese society shaped by the convergence of digitalization,intelligentization and population aging,digital-intelligent elderly care represents one of the localized practical innovations models for actively responding to the national strategy of addressing population aging.Drawing upon the perspective of inclusive governance theory,this study constructs a theoretical analytical framework for the development of inclusive digital-intelligent elderly care,which extends three analytical dimensions—institutional absorption,technological empowerment,and shared service benefits.The operational logic of inclusive digital-age elderly care is clarified:standardizing its development through institutional absorption,driving its innovation through technological empowerment,and enhancing its quality and effectiveness through shared service benefits.On this basis,by identifying the governance limits faced by these three dimensions,the study explores the bottlenecks and causes restricting the development of inclusive digital-intelligent elderly care,which are mainly manifested as policy deficiencies and coordination dilemmas at the institutional level,digital-intelligent divides and adaptation difficulties at the technological level,and supply-demand mismatches and a lack of humanistic care at the service level.To address these issues,it is essential to build an inclusive institutional system,establish a comprehensive technological supporting system,and improve an complete service guarantee system,thereby shaping an inclusive development system for digital-intelligent elderly care and ultimately constructing an age-friendly digital-intelligent society.关键词
