Abstract
To reduce the risk of allergic reactions associated with moist toilet tissue products,this study aimed to optimize formulations by reducing the allergen of commonly used ingredients.Five widely used antimicrobial agents,eight preservatives,and nine moisturizing agents were selected for evaluation.A multidimensional assessment was conducted using a zebrafish larval sensitization model,the Hen's Egg Test-Chorioallantoic Membrane(HET-CAM)assay,and antimicrobial efficacy testing.The allergenic risks and functional performance of different ingredient categories were quantitatively analyzed.The study identified the sensitization classifications and effective use thresholds of the tested ingredients.The results demonstrated that the combined evaluation approach could effectively screen functional ingredients with low sensitization potential while maintaining their intended efficacy.The generated data provide valuable scientific evidence and reference information for quality control,formulation optimization,consumer product selection,and related research in the moist toilet tissue industry.关键词
