Abstract
Systematic studies were conducted on 12 water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol films(PVA water-soluble films)from different manufacturers on the market.It includes the test of moisture content,light transmittance,molecular weight and its distribution,the comprehensive investigation of solubility,tensile,pressure resistance and resistance to organic solvents,and the analysis of the relationship between the appearance,tensile properties and moisture content of the beads.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the transmittance of 12 PVA films;The higher the moisture content of water-soluble PVA films,the more prone the laundry beads to"soft collapse";Based on the experimental data,it is inferred that tensile strength is negatively correlated with moisture content,and the elongation is positively correlated with moisture content;Several water-soluble PVA films with good solubility,pressure resistance and organic solvent resistance were selected.The research results hope to provide a reference for the research and application of water-soluble PVA films materials for laundry beads.关键词
