摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand the current status of quality of life in postoperative liver cancer patients, explore the correlation between negative emotions, coping strategies, attitudes towards death, and quality of life, and provide relevant reference for improving the quality of life of postopera-tive liver cancer patients and carrying out psychological care and intervention. Methods:This study adopted a cross-section-al survey design and selected 135 liver cancer patients who underwent surgical resection in the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery in Yibin Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to July 2025 through convenience sampling as the research subjects. The Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Hepatobiliary(FACT-Hep),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ),and Death Attitude Profile-Revised(DAP-R)were used to evaluate the postoperative quality of life, anxiety and depression, coping styles, and atti-tudes towards death of patients.Correlation analyses were conducted. Results:For the 135 patients who underwent liver cancer surgery, the mean total FACT-Hep score before discharge was 104.81±9.54.The highest-scoring subscale was the Hepatobiliary Cancer Subscale, and the lowest-scoring was the Functional Well-Being Subscale.Patients'SAS score was(56.43±9.04)points,with a postoperative anxiety detection rate of 77.78%(105/135),including 55 cases of mild anxi-ety(40.74%),38 cases of moderate anxiety(28.15%),and 12 cases of severe anxiety(8.89%).The SDS score was(56.61±7.43)points,with a postoperative depression detection rate of 71.11%(96/135),including 65 cases of mild de-pression(48.15%),30 cases of moderate depression(22.22%),and 1 case of severe depression(0.74%).The scores of the three coping dimensions, ranked in descending order, were Confrontation(2.06 points),Avoidance(1.99 points),and Resignation(1.84 points). In terms of attitudes towards death, the highest dimension average score was Natural Acceptance(3.18),followed by Death Avoidance(3.06),Fear of Death(2.81),and Escape Acceptance(2.66),with Approach Acceptance scoring the lowest(1.90).Correlation analysis showed that the Hepatobiliary Cancer Subscale score of quality of life was negatively correlated with the SAS score(r=-0.104),and the Emotional Well-Being subscale score was negatively correlated with the SDS score(r=-0.149).The total quality of life score and the Hepatobiliary Cancer Subscale score were positively correlated with the Confrontation subscale score of the MCMQ(r=0.148 and 0.105,respectively),while the E-motional Well-Being Subscale score was negatively correlated with the Avoidance Subscale score of the MCMQ(r=-0.144).Additionally,the Hepatobiliary Cancer Subscale score was negatively correlated with the Fear of Death Subscale score of the DAP-R(r=-0.147).Conclusion:This study systematically analyzed the quality of life of postoperative liver cancer patients and its relationship with negative emotions, coping styles, and attitudes towards death. It was found that the overall quality of life of patients was poor and closely related to psychosocial factors.关键词
