Abstract
To address the distortion of brake pedal feel caused by the coupling of regenerative braking and hydraulic braking in battery electric vehicles, the coordinated optimization of braking safety, energy recovery efficiency, and pedal feel consistency is pursued.By analyzing the dynamic characteristics of vehicle braking, mathematical models of key subsystems were constructed, and a hierarchical control strategy of"fuzzy control+pedal feel feedback closed-loop"was proposed to achieve dynamic optimization of braking intention recognition and brake force distribution. The co-simulation results showed that the pedal force deviation rate was limited to within 5%by the proposed strategy;under three typical driving cycles(NEDC,FTP-75,and CLTC),the battery state of charge(SOC)was increased by 4.3%,5.3%,and 4.9%,respectively;and the peak value of braking deceleration change rate was restricted to within 2.1 m/s3.The proposed strategy effectively balanced energy recovery efficiency and braking comfort, providing a theoretical basis for the control design of compound braking systems in battery electric vehicles.关键词
