摘要
Abstract
Sublingual tablets refer to tablets placed under the tongue that can quickly dissolve,and drugs can be ab-sorbed through the sublingual mucosa to exert systemic effects.Sublingual tablets,as a type of tablet,can dissolve drugs in saliva and directly enter the systemic circulation,avoiding hepatic first-pass effect and improving the bioavailability of drugs.They have the advantages of fast onset and improved patient compliance,and have received widespread attention.This article summarized the basic situation and advantages of sublingual tablets through relevant literature research,and discussed pharmaceutical research considerations from the aspects of sublingual tablet production process and quality con-trol,in order to provide some references for the research and development of such formulations.关键词
