参麦地黄汤联合穴位贴敷治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床研究
Clinical study of Shenmai Dihuang decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of early-stage diabetic nephropathy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Shenmai Dihuang decoction combined with acupoint ap-plication in the treatment of early-stage diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 cases with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and a study group(30 cases)using a random number table.A total of 60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and a study group(30 cases)using a random number table.The control group received acupoint application alone,while the study group received Shenmai dihuang Decoction combined with acupoint application.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,main symptom scores,secondary symptom scores,total TCM syndrome scores,blood pressure,blood glucose[fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated he-moglobin(HbA1c)],blood lipids[total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)],renal func-tion[serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),24-hour urine total protein(UTP),24-hour urine microalbumin(UAlb)],oxidative stress indicators[8-isoprostaglandin F2α (8-iso-PGF2α),superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)]and adverse re-actions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(93.10％vs.64.29％,P＜0.05).After treatment,the main symptom scores,secondary symptom scores,total TCM syndrome scores,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,TC,LDL-C,Scr,BUN,eGFR,UTP,UAlb,8-iso-PGF2α,SOD,NO and GSH-Px in the study group were all improved more significantly than those in the control group(all P＜0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.970).Conclusion:Shenmai Dihuang decoc-tion combined with acupoint application exerts multiple effects including regulating blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipids,improving renal function and inhibiting oxidative stress in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,which helps delay disease progression.关键词
