针刺联合刺络拔罐治疗慢性自发性荨麻疹疗效观察
Observation on the efficacy of acupuncture plus pricking-cupping bloodletting for chronic spontaneous urticaria

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huang's healthy Qi-reinforcing and pathogenic factors-eliminating acupuncture plus pricking-cupping bloodletting for chronic spontaneous urticaria(CSU).Method Seventy-six CSU patients were randomized to treatment and control groups,with 38 cases in each group.The treatment group received Huang's healthy Qi-reinforcing and pathogenic factors-eliminating acupuncture plus pricking-cupping bloodletting,and the control group received cetirizine hydrochloride.The urticaria clinical symptom scoring scale,the urticaria control test(UCT)and the dermatology life quality index(DLQI)scores were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.Serum total immunoglobulin E(IgE),interleukin-17(IL-17)and interleukin-23(IL-23)levels were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence were also compared between the two groups.Result The total efficacy rate was 88.9%in the treatment group and 83.3%in the control group with no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05).After treatment,the itch score was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the UCT score increased in the two groups(P＜0.05)and was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the DLQI score decreased in the two groups(P＜0.05)and there was no statistically significant between-group difference(P＞0.05).After treatment,serum total IgE,IL-17 and IL-23 levels decreased in the two groups(P＜0.05)and serum IL-17 and IL-23 levels were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Serum IL-17 and IL-23 expression levels showed a significantly positive correlation in the CSU patients(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions had no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).The recurrence rate was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Huang's healthy Qi-reinforcing and pathogenic factors-eliminating acupuncture plus pricking-cupping bloodletting for CSU is comparable to that of cetirizine hydrochloride,and its long-term efficacy is even better.Huang's healthy Qi-reinforcing and pathogenic factors-eliminating acupuncture plus pricking-cupping bloodletting is more effective than cetirizine hydrochloride in relieving itching symptoms.Huang's healthy Qi-reinforcing and pathogenic factors-eliminating acupuncture plus pricking-cupping bloodletting can down-regulate serum IL-17 and IL-23 levels,which may be one of its mechanisms of efficacy.关键词
