火针联合药物治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的疗效观察
Observation on the efficacy of fire needling plus medication for scalp seborrheic dermatitis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fire needling for scalp seborrheic dermatitis.Method Seventy patients with scalp seborrheic dermatitis were divided into a treatment group(38 cases)and a control group(32 cases).Both groups were given vitamin B6 tablets orally.The control group received topical 2%ketoconazole lotion,and the treatment group received fire needling in addition.The size of the erythema area,the severity of scales,the degree of skin itchiness,the dermatology life quality index(DLQI)score,the clearance rate of Malassezia scales on the scalp and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result The total efficacy rate was 89.5%in the treatment group and 68.8%in the control group with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).After treatment,the size of the erythema area score,the severity of scales score,the degree of skin itchiness score and the total score decreased in the two groups compared with before(P＜0.05)and were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the DLQI score decreased in the two groups(P＜0.05)and was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The clearance rate of Malassezia had no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions had no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).The recurrence rate was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Fire needling plus external application of 2%ketoconazole lotion and oral administration of vitamin B6 tablets can effectively reduce skin lesion and improve the quality of life in patients with scalp seborrheic dermatitis with safety.关键词
