不同火针针刺范围治疗稳定期非节段型白癜风的疗效观察
Clinical efficacy of different fire-needle needling ranges for stable non-segmental vitiligo
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of different fire-needle needling ranges in the treatment of stable non-segmental vitiligo.Method A total of 62 lesions of patients with stable non-segmental vitiligo were randomly assigned to a conventional fire-needle group and an extended-range fire-needle group,with 31 lesions in each group.Both groups applied 0.1%tacrolimus ointment topically once daily.The conventional fire-needle group received routine fire-needle treatment confined to the depigmented lesions,whereas the extended-range fire-needle group received fire-needle treatment to both the depigmented lesions and the surrounding skin.Changes in lesion area before and after treatment were observed.Repigmentation area at different anatomical sites,incidence of marginal repigmentation,clinical efficacy,and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result Lesion area was significantly reduced in both groups after 4 weeks of treatment,after 8 weeks of treatment,and at the end of treatment compared with baseline(P＜0.05).No significant differences were observed between the two groups in repigmentation area at any anatomical site after treatment(P＞0.05).The incidence of marginal repigmentation was higher in the extended-range fire-needle group than in the conventional fire-needle group after treatment(P＜0.05).No significant differences were found between the two groups in the marked-response rate or overall response rate(P＞0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in either group during treatment.Conclusion Expanding the needling range of fire-needle therapy may not improve the overall effectiveness of treatment for stable non-segmental vitiligo;however,it may induce more marginal repigmentation in the short term and achieve faster repigmentation of vitiliginous lesions.关键词
