穴位贴敷联合针刺治疗甲状腺结节咽异感症的疗效观察
Clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with acupuncture for globus sensation associated with thyroid nodules
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application with Xiao Ying San Jie formula combined with anterior cervical surrounding acupuncture in the treatment of globus sensation associated with thyroid nodules.Method A total of 80 patients with thyroid nodules accompanied by globus sensation were randomly assigned to a control group and a combination group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received oral Xiao Jin tablets,while the combination group received anterior cervical surrounding acupuncture and acupoint application with Xiao Ying San Jie formula in addition to the treatment given to the control group.Changes before and after treatment were observed in visual analog scale(VAS)scores for globus sensation,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,peak systolic velocity(PSV)of the superior thyroid artery,maximum thyroid nodule diameter,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores,self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,and Glasgow-Edinburgh throat scale(GETS)scores.Adverse events during treatment were also recorded.Result After treatment,the overall response rate in the combination group was 85.0%,which was significantly higher than the 55.0%observed in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,VAS scores for globus sensation,TCM syndrome scores,PSV of the superior thyroid artery,maximum thyroid nodule diameter,SAS scores,SDS scores,and GETS scores all decreased significantly in both groups compared with baseline(P＜0.05),and all of these indicators were lower in the combination group than in the control group(P＜0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion On the basis of medication treatment,Acupoint application with Xiao Ying San Jie formula combined with anterior cervical surrounding acupuncture is effective and safe for the treatment of globus sensation associated with thyroid nodules.关键词
