电针治疗更年期综合征的疗效观察及对心率变异性和血清IL-6的影响
Efficacy observation of electroacupuncture for perimenopausal syndrome and the impact on heart rate variability and serum IL-6

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in treating perimenopausal syndrome(PMS)and the impact on heart rate variability(HRV)and serum interleukin-6(IL-6).Method A total of 120 patients with PMS were randomized into group A(treated with Estradiol valerate tablets),group B(treated with electroacupuncture and Estradiol valerate tablets),and group C(intervened by sham acupuncture plus Estradiol valerate tablets),with 40 cases per group.Before treatment(T0)and after 4 weeks(T1)and 8 weeks(T2)of treatment,the HRV indicators,serum IL-6 level,and menopause rating scale(MRS)score were compared among the three groups,and the correlations across these endpoints were analyzed.The clinical efficacy was also compared.Result The MRS score dropped at T2 compared to T0 in all three groups(P＜0.05),and the score was lower in group B than in groups A and C(P＜0.05).The standard deviation of normal-to-normal intervals(SDNN)and high-frequency power(HF)increased at T2 compared to T0 in the three groups and were higher in group B than in groups A and C(P＜0.05);the low-frequency power(LF)/HF decreased at T2 compared to T0 and was lower in group B than in groups A and C(P＜0.05).The serum IL-6 level decreased at T2 compared to T0 in the three groups(P＜0.05),and the level in group B was lower than that in groups A and C(P＜0.05).In group B,the MRS score was negatively correlated with SDNN and HF(P＜0.05),and positively correlated with LF/HF and IL-6 levels(P＜0.05);HF was negatively correlated with IL-6 levels(P＜0.05).Group B produced a higher total effective rate than groups A and C(P＜0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with hormonal therapy can alleviate PMS symptoms by improving the HRV and serum IL-6 levels,and the efficacy is superior to that of either hormonal therapy or sham acupuncture plus hormonal therapy.关键词
