Abstract
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding different proportions of heat-damaged soybean meal in diet and balancing energy and amino acid levels on growth performance,nutrient digestibility and serum biochemical indexes of fattening pigs in early growth stage.A total of 84 ELY(Tambo boar×Large White×Landrace)finishing pigs with body weight of(46.95±4.51)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 7 replicates per group and 4 pigs per replicate.The control group was fed with normal soybean meal diet,the experimental group 1 was fed with 7.5%heat-damaged soybean meal diet,and the experimental group 2 was fed with 15.2%heat-damaged soybean meal diet.The results showed that:① compared with normal soybean meal,the contents of amino acids,β-conglycinin and glycinin in heat-damaged soybean meal decreased.② Compared with the control group,the final weight of the experimental group 1 was significantly reduced(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in average daily gain(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI),or feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)between groups 1 and 2(P>0.05).③ Compared with the control group,the digestibility of crude protein(CP)in the experimental groups 1 and 2 was signifi-cantly decreased(P<0.05).④ Compared with the control group,the contents of total protein(TP)and total cholesterol(TC)in the experimental group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05).In summary,the nutri-tional quality of heat-damaged soybean meal decreases.Adding heat-damaged soybean meal to the diet and balancing energy and amino acids have a certain negative impact on the growth performance,CP digestibil-ity and serum biochemical indexes of fattening pigs in the early stage of growth,especially significantly reducing CP digestibility in feed and increasing TP and TC content in serum.The balance of energy and amino acids in the diet supplemented with heat-damaged soybean meal can alleviate its negative effects on growth performance and serum biochemical indicators to a certain extent.关键词
