我国行业企业温室气体排放核算标准体系建设现状与对策分析
Analysis on the Current Status and Countermeasures of China's Industrial Enterprise Greenhouse Gas Emission Accounting Standard System

Abstract
[Objective]In the context of achieving the"Dual Carbon"goals,this study systematically reviews China's industrial enterprise greenhouse gas emission accounting standard system,analyzes existing problems,and proposes optimization strategies to support the improvement of the emission accounting system.[Methods]Based on the national public service platform for standards information,the paper retrieves relevant standard documents and analyzes the current status and existing problems of the standards system.[Result]China has formed a preliminary system with national and industry standards as the core,complemented by association standards,but faces issues including overlapping standards,inconsistent granularity,and missing standards in key areas.[Conclusion]Strengthening top-level coordination,improving standard project review,and enhancing pre-research and implementation evaluation are essential to promote the scientific development of the greenhouse gas emission accounting standards system.关键词
