山西省中医药强省建设水平测度及其耦合协调研究
Research on the Measurement and Coupling Coordination of the Construction Level of Shanxi Province as a Strong Province in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Objective To construct an evaluation index system for a strong province of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Shanxi Province,calculate the coupling and coordinated development level among dimensions such as health services and industrial development,and clarify the advantages and obstacles in the construction of a strong TCM province in Shanxi.Methods Taking the relevant data of Shanxi Province from 2017 to 2023 as the empirical object,the entropy method was used to construct an evaluation index system for a strong TCM province with five dimensions:Health services,industrial development,talent cultivation,cultural dissemination,and policy support.The coupling coordination degree model and obstacle degree model were used to conduct empirical analysis on the coupling and coordinated relationship and obstacle factors among the five dimensions.Results In 2023,the development index of health services,industrial development,talent cultivation,cultural dissemination,and policy support reached 0.1771,0.2248,0.1197,0.1059,and 0.0813 respectively.The average obstacle degrees of the five dimensions were 32.18%,33.14%,10.87%,6.04%,and 16.41%respectively.Conclusion The comprehensive development index of a strong TCM province in Shanxi has maintained a growth trend,and the coupling degree among the five dimensions has gradually increased.However,the coupling and coordinated level among the dimensions is still insufficient.From the perspective of the index layer,the production of Chinese medicine,TCM medical services,TCM medical resources,and talent team building have become the main obstacle factors in current development.Suggestions:Innovate the TCM medical service model,optimize the allocation of TCM medical resources,build a new type of TCM industrial system,improve the TCM talent cultivationsystem,and establish a multi-dimensional policy coordinated development mechanism to promote the construction process of a strong TCM province.关键词
