森林经营视角下国家公园野生动物栖息地修复路径探索
Exploring Pathways for Wildlife Habitat Restoration in National Parks from a Forest Management Perspective:A Case Study of Northeast China Tiger and Leopard National Park

Abstract
Restoring wildlife habitat is one of the primary tasks of national park development.An important trend in multi-objective forest management is improving biodiversity conservation,construction of forest landscape corridors,and creation of wildlife-friendly habitats in forest management activities to achieve a deep integration of forest management and wildlife habitat restoration.Taking the Northeast China Tiger and Leopard National Park as a case study,the paper examines the habitat conditions of Amur tiger(Panthera tigris altaica)and Amur leopard(Panthera pardus orientalis)and the problems in their restoration and management and proposes effective pathways for promoting habitat restoration through forest management based on the fact that forest ecosystems take a dominant share of the national park.The pathways include:1)Cultivating suitable forest stands in line with the preferences of tigers and leopards for habitat.2)Optimizing forest stand structure to improve the food chain.3)Enhancing habitat connectivity and landscape integrity.4)Creating wildlife-friendly habitats.5)Developing management procedures and a policy framework targeting habitat restoration.The key tasks to constantly advance tiger and leopard habitat restoration include in-depth basic research on forest habitat suitable for wildlife,deep integration of mainstream modern concepts and technologies of forest management with tiger and leopard habitat restoration,and integrated demonstration for habitat restoration.关键词
