摘要
Abstract
Based on the developed life-cycle carbon footprint assessment database and modeling tool for refined copper, this study conducts a systematic carbon footprint accounting and comparative analysis of two typical production routes in China's refined copper industry:the Ausmelt furnace smelting route and the"double-flash"route,which combines flash smelting and flash converting. The assessment covers carbon emissions associated with the mining and beneficiation of domestic and imported copper concentrates, transportation, smelting, and the inputs of intermediate materials and auxiliary materials. It identifies the distribution patterns and key drivers of carbon emissions under the two process routes.Sensitivity and uncertainty analyses are further conducted to evaluate the effects of key parameters—including energy consumption,raw-material inputs, and transportation-on the carbon footprint results.关键词
