摘要
Abstract
As a core piece of equipment in the zinc smelting industry, the stability of the shell temperature field of large-scale fluidized bed roasters directly determines the operational safety of the equipment and the continuity of the roasting process.Excessively high shell temperatures can cause carbonization of the steel structure, leading to a sharp drop in mechanical strength;in contrast,a low-temperature environment tends to induce condensation of flue gas leaking from the roaster on the inner surface of the shell, triggering corrosion reactions. These two scenarios together pose dual operational risks.Based on the theory of multi-field coupling, this study systematically analyzes the core mechanisms for controlling the roaster shell temperature. From three dimensions-optimization of the refractory material system, innovation of the shell structure, and development of in-furnace temperature control strategies-this paper proposes an implementation pathway. This pathway includes refractory material design based on multi-layer flat-wall heat transfer calculation, improvement of the ring beam structure, and development of a dynamic temperature control system. The research provides theoretical support and technical solutions for the safe and stable operation of large-scale fluidized roasters.关键词
