摘要
Abstract
The sulfur and arsenic components in copper smelting flue gas are complex and coexist in a symbiotic manner, making it difficult for traditional step-by-step treatment processes to achieve simultaneous deep removal of both, which restricts ultra-low emission and resource utilization in the industry.A three-stage coupled process is proposed, consisting of graded dust removal with pre-desulfurization,dry fine desulfurization with a protective bed,and wet terminal synergistic absorption.Through cooling and conditioning-electrostatic precipitation, gaseous As₂O₃ is condensed and removed, followed by fine desulfurization via two-stage protective beds. Finally,a sodium-based-hydrogen peroxide joint absorption method is employed to achieve synergistic oxidation and absorption of SO₂ and residual arsenic.Engineering cases demonstrate that the outlet SO₂ remains consistently below 20 mg/Nm³,while total arsenic is below 0.02 mg/Nm³.The arsenic content in desulfurization gypsum is reduced from 85.6 mg/kg to 4.2 mg/kg,meeting building material standards and significantly enhancing annual economic benefits.关键词
