摘要
Abstract
To address the long-standing issues of low processing capacity and mismatched feed size distribution in the photoelectric ore sorting system at the waste rock regeneration plant of a polymetallic mine in Dulong,Yunnan, systematic research was conducted on the coupling mechanism between feed size and separation efficiency.By establishing a"three-stage screening control-dynamic feedback"regulation system and implementing a process optimization plan centered on"lower size limit adjustment,"the lower size limits for both coarse and fine-particle photoelectric sorting systems were progressively narrowed. This expanded the effective sorting range and enhanced system capacity.Specifically, the lower limit for the coarse-particle system was extended from+60 mm to+45 mm,while that of the fine-particle system was simultaneously lowered to+16 mm.Coupled with the conversion of the crushing and pre-screening process from dry to wet screening, the low-capacity operation dilemma was successfully resolved.Production data show that after optimization, the overall operational capacity increased from an initial 25%~27%to 32%,and further rose to 40%~44%after subsequent system improvements. With synergistic optimization of sorting parameters and models, zinc recovery remained stable above 75%.The study demonstrates that reasonably widening the effective particle size range can significantly improve separation efficiency, particularly in complex systems with high ore variability. These results provide a replicable technical pathway for similar mines to achieve"low-consumption,high-efficiency"preconcentration.关键词
