大青龙汤的古代文献考证与现代临床应用分析
Historical Evolution and Modern Clinical Applications of Daqinglong Decoction
摘要
Abstract
This study systematically investigated Daqinglong Decoction using literature-based textual research,focusing on its for-mula name and origin,compositional and dosage evolution,medicinal material origins and processing methods,decoction proce-dures,ancient applications,and modern applications.The results showed that Daqinglong Decoction was first recorded in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases(Shanghan Lun)and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber(Jin Kui Yao Lue).The formula consists of seven me-dicinal materials,i.e.,Ephedrae Herba,Cinnamomi Ramulus,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle,Armeniacae Semen Amarum,Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens,Jujubae Fructus,and Gypsum Fibrosum.It exerts the effects of inducing sweating to release the exterior and clearing interior heat.In the original formula,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle should be prepared by stir-frying,while the other medicinal materials are all crude drugs after routine processing.The origins of the seven medicinal materials are consistent with those recorded in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(2025 edition).Ac-cording to textual research,the dosages of Daqinglong Decoction recorded inTreatise on Cold Damage Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber are converted into modern equivalents as follows:Ephedrae Herba 82.8 g,Cinnamomi Ramulus 27.6 g,Glycyrrhi-zae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle 27.6 g,Armeniacae Semen Amarum 14.8 g,Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens 41.4 g,Ju-jubae Fructus 30 g,and Gypsum Fibrosum 90 g.This formula has the effects of inducing sweating to release the exterior and clear-ing interior heat,and is mainly used for diseases related to pulmonology,pediatrics,nephrology,dermatology,and neurology.Daqin-glong Decoction has broad application prospects and warrants further in-depth research and development.关键词
