逍遥散的古籍文献考证与现代临床应用
Textual Research on Xiaoyao Powder from Ancient Literature and Its Modern Clinical Application

Abstract
Xiaoyao Powder was first recorded in Comprehensive Recording of Sage-like Benefit(Sheng Ji Zong Lu),compiled by the Imperial Medical Bureau of the Northern Song Dynasty.It consists of six principal Chinese medicinal herbs,namely Bupleuri Radix,Poria,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,and Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhi-zoma,together with two medicinal adjuvants,Menthae Haplocalycis Herba and roasted Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens.In this study,bibliometric methods were used to systematically investigate the ancient literature records and modern applications of Xiaoyao Pow-der from the perspectives of formula name and source,dosage evolution,formula composition,decoction method,herb origins and processing methods,and modern clinical applications.Eight aliases of Xiaoyao Powder have been identified,including Xiaoyaotang,Xiaoyaosan,and Luoshi Xiaoyaosan.Regarding the medicinal dosage,according to Comprehensive Recording of Sage-like Benefit,the original dosage was converted into modern units,and the dosage of each principal herb in one prescription was as follows:41.3 g of Poria,41.3 g of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,41.3 g of Angelicae Sinensis Radix,41.3 g of Paeoniae Radix Al-ba,41.3 g of Bupleuri Radix,and 20.65 g of roasted Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,with a total dosage of 227.15 g for the six principal herbs.The herb origins of all eight medicinal materials were verified and found to be consistent with those specified in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Regarding processing methods,Bupleuri Radix should be used after removing the seed-lings;Poria should be peeled to remove the black skin;Angelicae Sinensis Radix should be sliced and baked;raw Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma and Paeoniae Radix Alba should be used;and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma should be used after stir-fry-ing.Regarding the decoction method,the six principal herbs should be coarsely crushed and sieved to prepare coarse powder with a particle size of approximately 2 to 4 mm.For each administration,8.26 g of the coarse powder should be taken,mixed with 600 mL of water,and decocted with 9 g of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens and 1 g of Menthae Haplocalycis Herba until 420 mL of decoction re-mains.After removing the residues,the decoction should be taken warm three times daily,30 min after meals.The cumulative daily dosage of the principal herbs is 24.78 g.Regarding ancient applications,high-frequency related keywords include blood deficiency,depression,cold and heat,irritability and heat,irregular menstruation,night sweats,dry mouth and throat,and umbilical and abdom-inal distension and pain.Modern applications of Xiaoyao Powder involve 125 diseases across 18 clinical departments,including psy-chiatry,gynecology,and neurology.关键词
