帕金森病阳虚肝郁病机研究
Yang Deficiency and Liver Depression in Parkinson's Disease
摘要
Abstract
Current research has found that Parkinson's disease(PD)is located in the brain and manifests as both motor and non-motor symptoms,predominantly affecting middle-aged and older adults.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),PD is classified un-der the category of"tremor syndrome"or may coexist with other syndromes.Ancient and modern TCM physicians have primarily discussed its treatment from the perspectives of liver-kidney yin deficiency and deficiency-generated wind stirring.However,the au-thor believes that PD is closely associated with yang deficiency,and that both motor and non-motor symptoms are related to the exu-berance or decline and movement of yang qi.Therefore,this article challenges the traditional theory of yin deficiency and wind stir-ring in PD and proposes that spleen-kidney yang deficiency is the root,while liver qi stagnation is the manifestation.Moreover,yang deficiency and qi stagnation constitute the fundamental pathogenesis throughout the entire disease course.On this basis,treatment is based on warming yang and relieving stagnation,with Sini Decoction combined with Sini Powder,as recorded in the Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases,selected as the formula,with the aim of providing a new approach to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PD.关键词
