Abstract
The glycoside hydrolase 43(GH43)family is a group of multifunctional enzymes with activities such as de-branching,enucleation and exucleation.This family plays a vital role in the degradation of plant cell walls,the metabolism of intestinal microorganisms and the conversion of biomass.In this review of under-researched GH43 family,we first summarized the classification,structure and commonalities of the GH43 family,then presented the research progress on the microbial sources,molecular modifications and applications of the GH43 family.In the end,we provided the application prospects of the glycoside hydrolase 43 family,with the aim of expanding its industrial potential.关键词
