芪苓护肾颗粒的质量标准
Quality standards of Qiling Hushen Granules

Abstract
Thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used to qualitatively identify Radix Astragali,Fructus Corni(processed with wine),and Radix Paeoniae Rubra.High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to simultaneously determine the content of 12 components in Qiling Hushen Granules,including cytosine,gallic acid,5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF),morroniside,cryptochlorogenic acid,loganin,paeoniflorin,cynaroside,isochlorogenic acid B,isochlorogenic acid C,ononin,and calycosin.The quality standards of Qiling Hushen Granules were studied to effectively control the quality of the preparation.Results showed that the TLC methods for Radix Astragali,Fructus Corni(processed with wine)and Radix Paeoniae Rubra had strong specificity,and the negative control showed no interference.The measured components had a good linear relationship in each concentration range.The average recovery rate was 91.72%-114.66%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was within the range of 0.50%-3.78%.The qualitative and quantitative methods established in this study for Qiling Hushen Granules have strong specificity,good reproducibility,and simple operation,and can be used for quality control of the preparation.关键词
