Abstract
Objective:To develop a question prompt list for home-based self-management of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer,and to evaluate its clinical feasibility.Methods:A mixed-methods approach combining literature review,semi-structured interviews,and Delphi expert consultation were adopted to identify core self-management issues related to home-based self-management in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.A question prompt list for home-based self-management in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer was developed.Using convenience sampling method,postoperative patients with colorectal cancer discharged from May to July 2025 were selected as the research subjects.The clinical feasibility of the question prompt list was verified from five dimensions:content adequacy,clarity of expression,ease of use,educational value,and communication facilitation.Results:The Question Prompt List for Home-based Self-management in Postoperative Patients with Colorectal Cancer included 9 primary indicators and 69 secondary indicators,covering disease knowledge,treatment information,symptoms management,nutrition management,physical activity management,stoma management,psychological support,social support,and follow-up review.The authoritative coefficients of the two rounds of inquiry were 0.912 and 0.896,respectively.Kendall's coordination coefficients of the two rounds of inquiry were 0.296 and 0.318,respectively(both P<0.001).The feasibility of the five dimensions of patient content adequacy,clarity of expression,ease of use,educational value,and communication facilitation were 92.0%,94.0%,88.0%,86.0%,and 76.0%,respectively.Conclusions:The Question Prompt List for Home-based Self-management in Postoperative Patients with Colorectal Cancer constructed in this study has strong scientific validity,complete structure,and is easy to use.It could help the identification of problems,expression of needs,and self-management during the home stage of patients with postoperative colorectal cancer,and provide basis for the development of digital health education tools.关键词
