数字乡村建设提升农业新质生产力的实证研究
An empirical research on digital rural construction enhancing agricultural new quality productivity

Abstract
Constructing a rural digital technology system aligned with the requirements of new quality productivity development is a crucial prerequisite for activating agricultural momentum,revitalizing rural areas,and fostering leaps in agricultural new quali-ty productivity.In this process,rural digital technology,with"digital village construction"as its core vehicle,has undoubtedly played a pivotal role.Based on panel data from 31 Chinese provinces between 2017 and 2022,this study employs the Difference-in-Differences(DID)method to empirically analyze the impact of the digital village pilot policy on agricultural new quality produc-tivity and its underlying mechanisms.The results demonstrate that the digital village pilot policy significantly enhances agricultur-al new quality productivity,particularly in empowering agricultural digital technology,improving agricultural labor productivity,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industrial structure.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the pol-icy's effect is more pronounced in eastern regions,major grain-selling areas,and areas with high agricultural education coverage.The findings provide empirical evidence and policy insights for deepening digital village construction and advancing agricultural new quality productivity.关键词
