非农就业对农业新质生产力的影响研究
Research on the impact of non-farm employment on new-quality agricultural productivity
摘要
Abstract
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2022,this paper empirically examines the effect on the new-quality agricultural productivity and its mechanism by using the bidirectional fixed effects model and the mediating effects model.The research results show that:The increase in non-farm employment levels will significantly enhance the new-quality ag-ricultural productivity level of regional agriculture;Scale operation of land and new agricultural business entities have played par-tially a mediating role in the process;The impact of non-farm employment on the new-quality agricultural productivity shows sig-nificant regional differences.Specifically,non-farm employment has a significant promoting effect on the new-quality agricultural productivity in major grain-producing areas and the eastern regions,but has no significant impact in non-major grain-producing ar-eas and the central and western regions.Based on this,and in light of the actual resource endowments and economic development conditions of various regions,this paper further puts forward differentiated policy suggestions for accelerating the development of new-quality agricultural productivity.关键词
