基于概率语言术语集的三支决策方法及其在医疗服务中的应用
Three-way decision making method based on probabilistic linguistic term sets and its application in medical services

Abstract
With the progress of the times,decision-making issues have become increasingly complex,and more and more decision-makers are choosing to use probabilistic linguistic term sets(PLTSs)to express personal preferences rather than traditional precise numerical methods.Furthermore,this paper focuses on a multi-attribute three-way decision(3WD)method for healthcare service problems.Specifically,first,an exponential similarity measurement method based on the probabilistic linguistic Jensen-Shannon(PLJS)divergence is proposed,overcoming the information loss issue present in current similarity measurements between two PLTSs.A novel similarity formula is innovatively introduced.Based on this similarity formula,a score function is used to calculate the excellent state sets of each alternative and objectively compute the conditional probability for each alternative.Second,by combining the score function,a relative loss function is constructed that not only effectively incorporates the decision maker's psychological preferences but also more accurately determines the expected loss of each alternative.Next,according to the established decision-making rules,the alternatives are ranked and divided into acceptance,hesitation,and rejection regions.Finally,the validity and feasibility of the proposed method are verified through a practical case study,followed by a sensitivity analysis on key parameters to assess the impact of parameter variations on decision outcomes,ensuring the stability and robustness of the method.关键词
