心理衰弱指数与心血管疾病之间的相关性:基于中国健康与养老追踪调查数据的横断面分析
Correlation between psychological frailty index and cardiovascular disease:a cross-sectional analysis based on the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study

Abstract
Objective To investigate the association between the psychological frailty index(PFI)and cardiovascular disease(CVD)among middle-aged and older Chinese adults,and quantify the association based on data from the China Health and Retirement Longi-tudinal Study(CHARLS).Methods Based on data of the 2018 wave of the CHARLS database,data on PFI,CVD,and covariates of participants were extracted.Logistic regression and linear regression were employed to analyze the relationship between PFI and CVD.Results A total of 7 773 participants from the 2018 CHARLS survey were included in the study.Logistic regression results revealed that CVD patients had significantly higher PFI score than non-CVD participants(0.51±0.14 vs 0.44±0.14,P<0.000 1).After adjustment for all covariates,each one-interquartile range(IQR=0.15)increase in PFI was associated with a 52%increase in the odds of CVD(OR=1.52,95%CI:1.41-1.63).Compared with the lowest PFI quartile(Q1),the highest quartile(Q4)was associated with a 135%increase in the odds of CVD(OR=2.35,95%CI:2.01-2.74).Restricted cubic spline analysis result indicated an approximately linear relationship between PFI and CVD(P<0.001).Multiple linear regression with PFI as the dependent variable showed that the overall model was statistically significant(F(23,7 749)=80.66,P<0.001).Conclusion PFI is significantly positively associated with the odds of CVD,and this association remains robust after controlling for multiple confounding factors,which provides preliminary evidence supporting PFI as a potential reference indicator for cardiovascular health assessment in middle-aged and older populations.关键词
