Guideline for precision diagnosis and treatment and dynamic efficacy assessment of psoriasis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

Abstract
Psoriasis is an immune-mediated chronic,recurrent,systemic inflammatory disease.Its clinical diag-nosis and treatment are confronted with problems including inconsistent procedures,diverse efficacy evaluation crite-ria,and the absence of an individualized precise management system.Based on precision medicine and integrated tra-ditional Chinese and Western medicine(TCM-WM)theories,this paper compiles the"Guidelines for Precision Diag-nosis and Treatment Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Dynamic Efficacy Evaluation of Vulgaris Pso-riasis",establishing a closed-loop management framework of"target-pathway-indicator-tool-evidence-quality con-trol".The guidelines clarify clinical classification,standardized TCM syndrome differentiation criteria,and stratified treatment algorithms for vulgaris psoriasis,integrating multiple interventions including topical agents,phototherapy,conventional systemic medicines,biologics,small-molecule targeted drugs,as well as oral and external TCM thera-pies.Standardized quantitative assessment tools such as BSA,PASI,DLQI and PGA are adopted,and full-cycle dy-namic efficacy evaluation timelines and judgment criteria under the Treat-to-Target(T2T)strategy are formulated.Detailed clinical application specifications for precision medical technologies,including AI-assisted assessment and ge-netic biomarkers,are standardized.Meanwhile,the two-way referral system of tiered diagnosis and treatment,special-ized disease information data standards,medication safety monitoring and ethical management systems are perfected.Comprehensive management strategies are proposed for special populations(children,pregnant women,the elderly,etc.),treatment failure and refractory cases.This guideline unifies the diagnosis and treatment quality control stand-ards for medical institutions at all levels,providing evidence-based references for standardized,individualized and full-cycle precise integrated TCM-WM management of vulgaris psoriasis.It helps alleviate skin lesions,improve patients' quality of life,prevent and control comorbidities such as metabolic disorders,psoriatic arthritis and mental disorders,and promote the accumulation and transformation of high-quality real-world clinical data of psoriasis.关键词
