牛阳教授运用温阳散寒法治疗血管闭塞性脉管炎验案分析
Analysis of Professor Niu Yang's Experience in Treating Thromboangiitis Obliterans with Warm Yang and Disperse Cold Therapy

Abstract
Thromboangiitis obliterans is a challenging disease characterized by progressive,non-atherosclerotic,segmental inflammation of small and medium-sized arteries and veins in the extremities.It is difficult to treat and has a poor prognosis.Based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation,professor Niu Yang proposed that the root cause of this disease lies in"deficiency of the spleen and kidney",while the manifestations involve"intermingled cold,heat,and blood stasis",with"obstruction of blood vessels"as the core pathogenesis.By applying warming yang,dispersing cold,promoting blood circulation,and unblocking collaterals,combined with external treatments,significant therapeutic effects were achieved in a severe case.This case highlights the unique advantages of TCM in treating difficult and complicated conditions,provides a reliable reference for managing challenging peripheral vascular diseases,and offers insights for clinical diagnosis and treatment of similar disorders.关键词
