刘春莹应用涤毒康肾丸治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床经验
Liu Chunying's Clinical Experience in Treating CRF with Didu Kangshen Pill

Abstract
Chronic renal failure(CFR)is a clinical syndrome resulting from various causes of chronic kidney disease,characterized by a slow and progressive decline in renal function until failure,which prevents the normal excretion of metabolic waste products and toxins,thereby affecting multiple systems throughout the body.Professor Liu Chunying posits that the fundamental pathogenesis of CRF lies in the dysfunction of the lung,spleen,and kidney,with damp-turbidity,blood stasis,and pathogenic toxins serving as the secondary manifestations.Treatment focuses on regulating and tonifying the lung,spleen,and kidney as the root approach,while promoting blood circulation,eliminating dampness,and detoxification are crucial strategies.She emphasizes syndrome differentiation and pattern-based treatment,with careful attention to clinical modifications.Drawing on over four decades of clinical practice,Professor Liu has accumulated extensive experience in the pattern-differentiated treatment of chronic renal failure.This experience has been distilled into the in-house formulation-Didu Kangshen Pill.Long-term clinical application has confirmed its definite efficacy,offering a novel therapeutic approach for this condition.This article aims to summarize Professor Lius clinical experience and explore the application value of Di-Du-Kang-Shen Pill in the management of chronic renal failure.关键词
