Professor Liu Jian's Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis with High Anti Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide Antibodies and Streptococcal Infection
摘要
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by symmetric polyarticular pain,which in severe cases can lead to joint deformity,loss of function,and multisystem damage.High titer positivity of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP)antibodies is often indicative of bone damage and poor prognosis.Streptococcal infections,as one of the common clinical complications of rheumatic diseases,often lead to acute attacks of joint inflammation and recurrent and prolonged illnesses.Prof.Liu Jian focuses on the examination of the evidence to find the cause and treatment of both symptoms and root causes,and believes that the two diseases have the same root cause and origin,which is caused by the spleen deficiency and dampness,heat toxicity and blood stasis,so the treatment advocates strengthening the spleen and resolving dampness,clearing heat and activating blood as the mainstay.关键词
