Exploration of Lei Feng's Diagnosis and Treatment of Cough Based on the Theory of Hidden Pathogens of Drying and Dampness
摘要
Abstract
Lei Feng,a famous doctor in the Qing Dynasty,has profound and unique views on the causes of cough due to dryness and dampness.In this paper,we briefly summarize the dialectical thinking and application of cough caused by dryness and dampness based on"Time disease theory",and analyze the mechanism of dryness harming Yin and dampness damaging spleen.From the four major methods of treating both the spleen and lung to eliminate phlegm,clearing and moistening the lung to nourish Yin,clearing the lung to reduce heat and regulate qi,and nourishing Yin,clearing heat and tonifying the kidney,we summarize the clinical treatment ideas,put forward the corresponding treatment and prescription,to provide for this clinical treatment cough of valuable theoretical reference and practical enlightenment,and promote the TCM cough treatment of academic and clinical progress.关键词
